Pay only when we recover money for you

Regainly is free to connect. We only make money when you do.

1. No monthly fee on either product — connecting your Stripe account, running dunning, and drafting dispute evidence all cost nothing up front.
2. Payment Recovery — a percentage of recovered revenue — we only charge commission when we can point to a specific action we took (a retry we made, an email we sent, or the customer using our card-update link). If an invoice pays on its own with no action from us, it's marked recovered but never billed; cases that end up exhausted are never charged either.
3. Dispute Management — a percentage of disputes won — we only charge commission on a dispute we actually helped win, meaning we drafted the evidence and you submitted it through Regainly. A dispute you resolved entirely on your own, or one we lost, is never billed.
4. Billed monthly, separate from your Stripe balance — once a month we total up everything recovered and won in the previous period and invoice you directly through Regainly's own billing. We never deduct fees from your connected Stripe account. Standard rates are 20% of recovered revenue and 25% of dispute wins, and your exact rate is always visible on your Billing page.
